How to remove…words or digits from a line in MS Word or Excel

Hi, Friends…another useful post…for you..find and replace tips
Here is a simple line…containing words and digits.

Salary for the Month of APR Is Rs 2000
Salary for the Month of MAY Is Rs 3000
Salary for the Month of JUN Is Rs 4000
Salary for the Month of JUL Is Rs 5000
Salary for the Month of AUG Is Rs 6000
Salary for the Month of SEP Is Rs 8000
Salary for the Month of OCT Is Rs 9000
Salary for the Month of NOV Is Rs 105000
Salary for the Month of DEC Is Rs 2300
Salary for the Month of JAN Is Rs 25800
Salary for the Month of FEB Is Rs 22556
Salary for the Month of MAR Is Rs 224

Now I would like to just get the nos in above paragraph.
First Select the Paragraph.
Start with Alt+E+E (Find & Replace Shortcut)

Click on More..

Click on Special Button and click Any Later or enter ^$ in Find What Box
Find What Box will look like this..

Click ok…
2000
3000
4000
5000
6000
8000
9000
105000
2300
25800
22556
224

Repeat the same process with ^# to remove Nos.. if you want..
